Konstantin Novaković is a documentary photographer from Belgrade, Serbia, currently based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He graduated from the Department of Art History at the University of Belgrade. Also, he holds an MA degree in Cultural Policy and Management from the University of Arts in Belgrade/Université Lyon 2 and yet another MA degree in Cultural Heritage Studies from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. He currently teaches art history at Webster University in Tashkent as an adjunct professor. A self-taught photographer who is involved into photography over the period of nearly two decades. He has visited numerous countries and territories in Europe, Asia and Africa, documenting a variety of subjects including current events, everyday life, customs and religious practices, social and environmental issues. Hence, his photographic work is mainly focused on documentary practice and visual storytelling through reportage and long-term projects. Besides this, he collaborated with a number of institutions and individuals as a freelance photographer covering various types of events. His work was published in numerous publications, magazines and web-portals and exhibited in seven individual and numerous group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad.

Member of the Photography Section of the Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia (ULUPUDS), officially registered as an independent artist; Member of the Journalists’ Association of Serbia (UNS); Member of Diversify Photo; VII Academy alumnus.
